I'm thrilled that one of my photos is currently shortlisted for the
Bendigo Community Bank Port Lincoln Photography Prize 2024 !!
It will be exhibited in the Nautilus Gallery in Port Lincoln from March 1 to April 5. Award winners will be announced on the 1st March 2024.

I recently entered the 25th Anniversary Photographic Competition

Butterfly Conservation South Australia Inc.
I was delighted to win FIRST PRIZe which included prize money and inclusion in their 2024 Calendar.
My winning entry below: Satin-green Forester Moth on Wahlenbergia. The photo was take in Belair National Park.
I think perhaps the judges were drawn to the fact that it is quite different to most other butterfly/moth and flower photos ... certainly quite different to any I have taken. The flower and moth are is if one. The moth's wings are like the petals of the flower.
